"Olá", everyone! 'm Be, I am 27, and have been a human rights activist for almost a decade. Even micro tiny actions can have a huge impact in someone else's life. With this thinking, I got into Med school, engaged with LGBTI+ NGOs, reflected upon the secrets of the universe, studied other subjects, and fell in love with Public Health (which could actually get me somewhere someday, who knows).

As a person in a long-term relationship with Ms Anxiety, going to the gym and starting weightlifting was one of the ways to feel that I could be in control. It's fascinating to have found a place where your effort is really really really transferred into real life visible outcomes.

Also, I love plants, and had to give mine away before flying to the Netherlands. (I still miss them, specially the beautiful Monstera) Feel free to contact me if necessary."

"Hello everyone! My name is Tom Van Wersch and I am 26 years old. I am studying Circular Engineering, concentrating on chemistry, but I have found a hobby in programming.

I have been going to the gym of and on since I was 18. I didn't like my skeleton arms, so decided to do something about that.

When I came to Maastricht 4 years ago, there were some rumors of starting a Strength association, but there was never enough interest to form a board. So when I heard the association had formed I immediatly joined.
